Raj Pudipeddi serves as the Chief Product and Marketing Officer, and Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Asia Pacific region, with global responsibility for Product, Marketing, Strategy and the Clinical teams as well as responsibility for the market development and operational execution of all Align Technology products and services in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Pudipeddi is an accomplished executive with over 24 years of business leadership and brand building experience across consumer goods and telecom, and joined the company in February 2019. He started his career at Procter & Gamble and served in a number of leadership roles across businesses in North America, Asia and Latin America. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer and Director, Consumer Business at Bharti Airtel, an Indian telecom leader. Mr. Pudipeddi earned an M.B.A. degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Gandhi Institute of Technology in India.
Julie Coletti is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer, responsible for all aspects of Align Technology's global legal and regulatory affairs. Ms. Coletti joined the company in May 2018 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Strategic Commercial Affairs. Ms. Coletti is an experienced life sciences and technology executive, general counsel and chief compliance officer with a proven track record of leading business-focused, results-oriented legal and compliance teams during periods of transformation and growth. Prior to joining Align, she served as Vice President and Global General Counsel of Danaher Corporation’s $3 billion dental medical device platform, where she led a team of over fifty legal, intellectual property, compliance, environmental health and safety and trade professionals. Before Danaher, she served as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Bayer HealthCare's MEDRAD/Radiology and Interventional Division, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for imaging and interventional cardiology. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and her B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University.
Srini Kaza serves as Senior Vice President, Product Research & Development, responsible for leading the global product R&D group. He joined the company in April 1999, most recently serving as Vice President Product R&D, with focus areas such as Biomechanics, Advanced Materials, 3D Printing, 3D Computational Geometry, Clinical Affairs, Advanced Simulation and Design, and emerging technologies and processes. Under his supervision, the R&D group has created the technologies that form the basis for Invisalign product performance improvements, most recently releasing Invisalign G8 as well as creating the patented SmartTrack® material, specially engineered for the Invisalign system, along with continuing to work on future advancements. In addition, his team conducts multiple clinical studies that aim to create better understanding of Invisalign product performance. Mr. Kaza’s team also manages the University Research Programs, intended to create close collaborations with universities worldwide in order to help advance the science in our field. Overall, Mr. Kaza has made significant contributions over the years in developing several 3D printing technologies, scanning processes, innovative materials, 3D software and several other technologies during his tenure at Align. Mr. Kaza holds an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of Business.
Sreelakshmi Kolli is Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Officer, responsible for leading software, data, enterprise, cloud and infrastructure engineering teams focused on design and development of digital products and services. This includes defining the technology strategy and development of product software, consumer, customer, manufacturing and enterprise applications enabling the Align Digital Platform. In addition, she led Align’s global business transformation initiative aimed at delivering platforms and technology to support customer experience and simplified business processes across the company. She joined the company in June 2003 and held positions of increasing responsibility leading business operations and engineering for customer-facing applications during her tenure and was promoted to Vice President, Information Technology (IT) in December 2012. Prior to joining Align, Ms. Kolli held technical lead positions with Citadon and Accenture. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., a member of the Executive Advisory Board at Salesforce.com and an external advisor on the Board of Trustees Committee on Information Technology Strategy at University of San Francisco. Ms. Kolli earned an M.S. degree in Computer Applications at the National Institute of Technology in Trichy, India and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program offered by the Stanford Graduate School of Business in California.
Yuval Shaked is Senior Vice President and Managing Director, iTero Scanner and Services Business. Mr. Shaked has global responsibility for Align Technology’s market development and operational execution of the iTero Scanner and Services business. He joined the company in June 2017, based in Israel. Prior to joining Align Technology, Mr. Shaked spent approximately 14 years at GE Healthcare in the U.S. and Israel in a variety of roles at multiple business units. Most recently, he served as General Manager, Diagnostic Cardiology, overseeing the P&L and leading on- and off-shore R&D and marketing teams in the U.S., Germany, India and China. Prior to that, he was General Manager for GE’s VersaMed business unit, with responsibility for R&D, innovation, manufacturing, quality and commercial activity. Mr. Shaked was the former CEO of SHL Telemedicine Ltd., an Israel-based advanced personal telemedicine company. Mr. Shaked holds an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Haifa University with a B.A. degree in Economics.
