Karim Boussebaa is Executive Vice President and Managing Director, iTero Scanner and Services Business. Mr. Boussebaa has global responsibility for Align Technology’s market development and operational execution of the iTero Scanner and Services business. He joined the company in February, 2023. Mr. Boussebaa is an experienced healthcare executive with more than 28 years of industry leadership and a proven track record in innovation and organizational development, and has extensive regulatory experience. Mr. Boussebaa has led and worked with Israel based teams for the past 15 years. Mr. Boussebaa spent nearly 12 years leading various business units and technologies at Philips Healthcare, in the U.S. and the Netherlands. Mr. Boussebaa was most recently, SVP, Business Leader, Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS) where he was responsible for both cath labs fixed systems and mobile systems, the market leader in interventional cardiovascular with operations in 3 global sites, spanning 200 global markets with diverse clinical segments (Coronary, Vascular, Electro-physiology, Structural Heart, Neurovascular, Oncology, Surgery). Prior to his 16 years at Philips, Mr. Boussebaa spent nearly 10 years at GE Healthcare in various leadership positions in mammography, X-ray, cardiovascular, and mobile surgery businesses. Mr. Boussebaa holds a Master’s Degree, Computer Science and Electronics from École Nationale Supérieure des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie (ENSSAT), an M.B.A. from Westminster College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Creteil.
Julie Coletti is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer, responsible for all aspects of Align Technology's global legal and regulatory affairs. Ms. Coletti joined the company in May 2018 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Strategic Commercial Affairs. Ms. Coletti is an experienced life sciences and technology executive, general counsel and chief compliance officer with a proven track record of leading business-focused, results-oriented legal and compliance teams during periods of transformation and growth. Prior to joining Align, she served as Vice President and Global General Counsel of Danaher Corporation’s $3 billion dental medical device platform, where she led a team of over fifty legal, intellectual property, compliance, environmental health and safety and trade professionals. Before Danaher, she served as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Bayer HealthCare's MEDRAD/Radiology and Interventional Division, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for imaging and interventional cardiology. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and her B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University.
Srini Kaza serves as Executive Vice President, Research & Development, responsible for leading the global product R&D group. He joined the company in April 1999, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Product Research & Development, with focus areas such as Biomechanics, Advanced Materials, 3D Printing, 3D Computational Geometry, AI, Clinical Affairs, Advanced Simulation and Design, and emerging technologies and processes.
Mr. Kaza has made significant contributions over the years in developing several 3D printing technologies, scanning processes, innovative materials, 3D software and several other technologies during his tenure at Align.
Under his supervision, the R&D group has created several new products and underlying technologies that enable Invisalign product performance improvements. His team has most recently developed the Invisalign Palatal Expander product. In addition, his team created the patented SmartTrack® material, specially engineered for the Invisalign system, and continues to work on future advancements. His team also conducts multiple clinical studies that aim to create better understanding of Invisalign product performance and manages the University Research Programs, intended to create close collaborations with universities worldwide to help advance the science in the dental field. Mr. Kaza holds an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of Business.
Sreelakshmi Kolli is Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Digital Officer, responsible for our product lifecycle, from product ideation and innovation, to engineering, product launch and product performance. This includes leading the product and engineering teams and defining the technology strategy and development of product software, consumer, customer, manufacturing and enterprise applications enabling the Align Digital Platform. Ms. Kolli has led Align’s global business transformation initiative aimed at delivering platforms and technology to support customer experience and simplified business processes across the company. She joined the company in June 2003 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, leading and transforming business operations and engineering teams and platforms. Prior to joining Align, Ms. Kolli held technical lead positions with Citadon and Accenture. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Intuitive (Nasdaq: ISRG) and Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ZBH). Ms. Kolli earned an M.S. degree in Computer Applications at the National Institute of Technology in Trichy, India and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program offered by the Stanford Graduate School of Business in California.
Frank Quinn serves as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas region. He has responsibility for market development and operational execution of all Align Technology products and services in the Americas region. Mr. Quinn re-joined Align in October 2024 after spending two years at LightForce Orthodontics, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to his role at LightForce, Mr. Quinn spent nearly 9 years at Align serving in multiple roles including Vice President and General Manager, where he was responsible for driving continued growth and profitability for the United States. During his time at Align, Mr. Quinn’s other positions included Senior Sales Director of Special Markets and iTero, Vice President of Special Markets, Business Development and Education. Mr. Quinn has a wealth of experience driving growth, strategy and revenue in the orthodontics industry. As a successful executive leader across the medical and technology industries, he combines strong sales leadership experience with expertise in business development, innovation, professional education, commercial operations and culture building. Mr. Quinn has also served as a Board Member of the American Association of Orthodontics Foundation (AAOF) and the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA). He holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Montclair State University.
