Jennifer Olson
Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer
Jennifer Olson is Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, responsible for leading the global customer organization, creating, executing and supporting global programs that deliver a superior customer experience across the entirety of the Align Digital Platform. Previously, Ms. Olson-Wilk lead the company’s doctor-directed, consumer channel business aimed at connecting interested consumers with Invisalign providers for treatment through convenient retail environments. She joined the company in 2002 and held multiple roles in sales, marketing and business development until her appointment to Vice President and Managing Director, Doctor-Directed Consumer Channel in August 2016. Prior to joining Align Technology, Ms. Olson-Wilk was with technology companies such as Extreme Networks and PWI Technologies. She received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
