Mr. Hogan is a proven leader serving as an integral connection between our board of directors and management. He brings to Align significant leadership experience from large public companies, with strategic business, market development and sales acumen, and expertise in strategic and operational aspects of complex, international organizations.
During his five years at ABB, Mr. Hogan oversaw a 25% increase in revenues.
As CEO of GE Healthcare, Mr. Hogan drove significant geographic and market portfolio expansion and more than doubled revenues from $7 billion to $16 billion.

John Morici joined Align Technology as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in November 2016 and is responsible for managing the company’s global finance and financial strategy. Over his more than 20-year career, Mr. Morici has held senior leadership positions in finance, operations and strategic planning in healthcare, medical technology and consumer/entertainment. Prior to joining Align, Mr. Morici spent nine years at NBC Universal where he held several senior management positions in the company’s Universal Pictures Home Entertainment U.S. and Canadian business, including chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and most recently, executive vice president and managing director. In his role as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Mr. Morici led all finance, sales, marketing, operations and customer service organizations and was responsible for overall strategy and planning. Prior to NBC Universal, Mr. Morici spent eight years in senior financial management positions at GE Healthcare, including as CFO for its Diagnostic Imaging and Global Products units. He also held a number of financial management roles during his tenure at Case New Holland and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Morici earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance and a B.S. degree with Honors in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin.

Simon Beard is Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Americas, EMEA responsible for Align Technology’s market development and operational execution of all Align Technology products and services in the Americas and EMEA regions. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Americas. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). He joined the company in November 2014 originally as Vice President and Managing Director for EMEA. Mr. Beard has had a progressive career over 25 years in the pharmaceuticals and medical device industry. Prior to Align Technology, Mr. Beard was Regional Managing Director for Smith & Nephew’s South East Asia business. Prior to Smith & Nephew, Mr. Beard held multiple commercial, strategic and general management positions in companies such as DePuy International (Johnson & Johnson), Sankyo Pharmaceutical and Sanofi Aventis. Mr. Beard holds a B.S. degree from Wake Forest University, North Carolina, USA.

Karim Boussebaa is Executive Vice President and Managing Director, iTero Scanner and Services Business. Mr. Boussebaa has global responsibility for Align Technology’s market development and operational execution of the iTero Scanner and Services business. He joined the company in February, 2023. Prior to joining Align Technology, Mr. Boussebaa has been an experienced healthcare executive with more than 28 years of industry leadership and a proven track record in innovation and organizational development, and has extensive regulatory experience. Mr. Boussebaa has led and worked with Israel based teams for the past 15 years. Mr. Boussebaa spent nearly 12 years leading various business units and technologies at Philips Healthcare, in the U.S. and the Netherlands. Mr. Boussebaa was most recently, SVP, Business Leader, Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS) where he was responsible for both cath labs fixed systems and mobile systems, the market leader in interventional cardiovascular with operations in 3 global sites, spanning 200 global markets with diverse clinical segments (Coronary, Vascular, Electro-physiology, Structural Heart, Neurovascular, Oncology, Surgery). Prior to his 16 years at Philips, Mr. Boussebaa spent nearly 10 years at GE Healthcare in various leadership positions in mammography, X-ray, cardiovascular, and mobile surgery businesses. Mr. Boussebaa holds a Master’s Degree, Computer Science and Electronics from École Nationale Supérieure des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie (ENSSAT), an M.B.A. from Westminster College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Creteil.

Julie Coletti is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer, responsible for all aspects of Align Technology's global legal and regulatory affairs. Ms. Coletti joined the company in May 2018 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Strategic Commercial Affairs. Ms. Coletti is an experienced life sciences and technology executive, general counsel and chief compliance officer with a proven track record of leading business-focused, results-oriented legal and compliance teams during periods of transformation and growth. Prior to joining Align, she served as Vice President and Global General Counsel of Danaher Corporation’s $3 billion dental medical device platform, where she led a team of over fifty legal, intellectual property, compliance, environmental health and safety and trade professionals. Before Danaher, she served as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Bayer HealthCare's MEDRAD/Radiology and Interventional Division, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for imaging and interventional cardiology. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and her B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Stuart Hockridge is Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources responsible for leading the global human resources team including talent management, recruitment, total rewards and HR services for Align Technology's operations and facilities around the world. He joined the company in May 2016 as Vice President, Global Human Resources. Mr. Hockridge has more than 20 years of broad human resource experience across a number of international Fortune 500 companies, from defense, finance, technology and healthcare. Prior to joining Align Technology, Mr. Hockridge was Senior Vice President of Talent at Visa Inc., where he led all aspects of talent delivery for the company including executive development, succession planning, employee engagement, learning and development and talent acquisition. Prior to Visa, Mr. Hockridge held a number of human resource management positions at GE Healthcare leading HR processes both globally and for various divisions of the company.

Dr. Mitra Derakhshan is currently Senior Vice President, Global Clinical, at Align Technology, responsible for the global clinical teams, and has held numerous prior roles at Align Technology since August 2000 spanning across clinical in the areas of manufacturing, R&D, international, and global marketing. She is instrumental in many key initiatives, such as product innovation, education programs, portfolio and software development, case galleries, and research studies. Dr. Derakhshan also practices orthodontics as an associate in private practice. She has lectured worldwide on Invisalign clear aligners. Dr. Derakhshan has published in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics, Seminars in Orthodontics, World Journal of Orthodontics; and authored many of Align Technology's continuing education materials and holds multiple patents. She is a member of the AAO, ADA, and FRCD (C). Dr. Derakhshan received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Michigan and her Master of Science (MS) and Certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Srini Kaza serves as Senior Vice President, Product Research & Development, responsible for leading the global product R&D group. He joined the company in April 1999, most recently serving as Vice President Product R&D, with focus areas such as Biomechanics, Advanced Materials, 3D Printing, 3D Computational Geometry, AI, Clinical Affairs, Advanced Simulation and Design, and emerging technologies and processes.

Mr. Kaza has made significant contributions over the years in developing several 3D printing technologies, scanning processes, innovative materials, 3D software and several other technologies during his tenure at Align.

Under his supervision, the R&D group has created several new products and underlying technologies that enable Invisalign product performance improvements. His team has most recently developed the Invisalign Palatal Expander product. In addition, his team created the patented SmartTrack® material, specially engineered for the Invisalign system, and continue to work on future advancements. His team also conducts multiple clinical studies that aim to create better understanding of Invisalign product performance and manages the University Research Programs, intended to create close collaborations with universities worldwide to help advance the science in the dental field. Mr. Kaza holds an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of Business.

Sreelakshmi Kolli is Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Digital Officer, responsible for our product lifecycle, from product ideation and innovation, to engineering, product launch and product performance. This includes leading the product and engineering teams and defining the technology strategy and development of product software, consumer, customer, manufacturing and enterprise applications enabling the Align Digital Platform. Ms. Kolli has led Align’s global business transformation initiative aimed at delivering platforms and technology to support customer experience and simplified business processes across the company. She joined the company in June 2003 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, leading and transforming business operations and engineering teams and platforms. Prior to joining Align, Ms. Kolli held technical lead positions with Citadon and Accenture. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Intuitive (Nasdaq: ISRG) and Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ZBH). Ms. Kolli earned an M.S. degree in Computer Applications at the National Institute of Technology in Trichy, India and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program offered by the Stanford Graduate School of Business in California.

Jennifer Olson is Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, responsible for leading the global customer organization, creating, executing and supporting global programs that deliver a superior customer experience across the entirety of the Align Digital Platform. Previously, Ms. Olson-Wilk lead the company’s doctor-directed, consumer channel business aimed at connecting interested consumers with Invisalign providers for treatment through convenient retail environments. She joined the company in 2002 and held multiple roles in sales, marketing and business development until her appointment to Vice President and Managing Director, Doctor-Directed Consumer Channel in August 2016. Prior to joining Align Technology, Ms. Olson-Wilk was with technology companies such as Extreme Networks and PWI Technologies. She received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Raj Pudipeddi serves as the Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President, and Managing Director of the Asia Pacific region. He has responsibility for Global Marketing and Business Development, and for the market development and operational execution of all Align Technology products and services in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Pudipeddi is an accomplished executive with almost 3 decades of business leadership and brand building experience across consumer goods and telecom and joined the company in February 2019. He started his career at Procter & Gamble and served in a number of leadership roles across businesses in North America, Asia and Latin America. Most recently, he served as Director, Consumer Business and Chief Marketing Officer at Bharti Airtel, an Indian telecom leader. Mr. Pudipeddi has an M.B.A. degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Gandhi Institute of Technology in India. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Sonendo, a leading Dental technology company and developer of the GentleWave® System.

Zelko Relic is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. As Chief Technology Officer, he is focused on the Company’s future innovation path, delivering technical excellence while leveraging the Company’s core technology strengths and continuously exploring new technologies. Mr. Relic has spent his career in the healthcare, semiconductor and automation industries, where he built a track record for developing advanced technologies and solutions across global organizations. He joined the company in 2013 originally as Vice President, Research & Development. Prior to joining Align Technology, Mr. Relic was Vice President, Engineering for Datalogic Automation, a global leader in automatic data capture and industrial automation markets. Prior to Datalogic, Mr. Relic was Vice President, Engineering at Danaher Corporation, Accu-Sort Systems business where he managed R&D and product development for smart cameras and laser scanners for Automatic Identification systems. He was also Vice President at Siemens Medical Solutions USA overseeing radiology, cardiology and CAD R&D and product development, and held senior management positions in engineering at Kulicke&Soffa Industries and KLA-Tencor, designers and manufacturers of semiconductor products.

Emory M. Wright is Executive Vice President, Global Operations responsible for Align Technology’s global manufacturing and operation activities. He joined the company in 2000, and since then has served in several roles within operations. Mr. Wright was instrumental in building Align Technology's world-class manufacturing operations and was promoted to Vice President, Operations in December 2007. Prior to joining Align Technology, Mr. Wright spent more than 8 years in research, product development and operations positions at various medical device and biotechnology companies in the Silicon Valley. During that time, he led worldwide manufacturing, engineering, planning, materials/procurement and distribution/logistics organizations. Mr. Wright holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
